Unisex Hoodie - Mark 7:13
Traditions or the Word of God?
The word “tradition” has two meanings: secular and religious. Secular tradition refers to the rituals, customs, and beliefs that are passed down from generation to generation, strengthening family and community bonds and creating unity.
In a religious sense, however, tradition can blur the line between God’s truth and human invention, thus confusing many. During his ministry, Jesus often exposed the difference between God’s law and the traditions of the Pharisees, which made it difficult for people to find true knowledge.
This perspective leads us to a deeper reflection: How do we perceive tradition? Is it just a common custom, or a true reflection of God’s truth?
Dress in a message that encourages you to examine God’s Word and seek truth beyond human traditions.
